The 2017 American Music Awards have arrived.


Some of the biggest artists in music have gathered at Los Angeles' Microsoft Theater for what promises to be a competitive night of big moments Broncos Case Keenum Jersey , bold fashions, and for some, serious hardware in the form of AMA statuettes. HARARE, Nov. 22 (Xinhua) -- Zimbabwe's incoming presidentEmmerson Mnangagwa on Wednesday thanked Zimbabweans and themilitary for their support.


In his first public address to supporters upon his return toZimbabwe from exile, Mnangagwa said he was humbled by theoutpouring of support after he was sacked by former presidentRobert Mugabe two weeks ago.


He immediately pledged to serve the people, saying allZimbabweans need to unite and grow the economy for employmentcreation.


"We want peace in our country, we want jobs for our people," hesaid.


Mnangagwa, due for swearing in on Friday, said Zimbabwe needsthe support of the international community in order to rebuild itsbattered economy.


He said he had already begun to receive pledges of support fromseveral foreign countries.


Zimbabwe, he said, was witnessing the founding of new democracyafter the military helped to depose long-serving former presidentMugabe from power.


He also praised the military for the peaceful manner in which ithandled its operation that culminated in Mugabe resigning Tuesday,ending 37 years of his grip on power.<
